How do I recover my login details or password?

  1. Use MyLetman's Password Reset facility. Click here or click the 'Forgot You Password?' link on the Login Page
  2. Enter Your Email Address in the form
  3. Check your inbox for the password reset email
  4. Click the password reset link in the email
  5. In the Reset Password form, enter your new password.

Troubleshooting

  • Error: No Such User With That Email Address
    1. Confirm that you have the correct website address for MyLetman. You can do this by checking any email notification you received from MyLetman.
    2. Confirm that you have the correct email address for you MyLetman account. You can do this by checking the email address in any email notification you received from MyLetman.
